FRACTAL Gets New Chairman, and New CEO
WALTHAM, MA—August 27, 2008—Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc. today announced that it has transitioned Dr. Barry Unger to Chairman of the board, and Dr. Nathan Cohen to Chief Executive Officer. Cohen is founder of the firm, its principle inventor, and formerly Chief Technology Officer. Unger has been director on the board, holds a faculty position at Boston University, and has a considerable track record for shepherding innovative firms forward.
